Cops kill a youth for pillion riding

KARACHI: Police arrested two cops Shahzad and Akhtar after they opened fire at a motorcyclist going with a pillion rider in Ranchore Line area at about mid-day here Friday. According to eyewitnesses, the police on duty had signalled the deceased to stop but he attempted to sped off and the cop, instead of resorting to aerial firing or targeting the motorcycle, fired at the youth who was seriously injured and later died at Civil Hospital.
