Huge quantity of explosives recovered in NWFP in 10 months

PESHAWAR: NWFP police has recovered 17 suicide jackets and thousands of kilograms of explosives in various actions during the last ten and a half months. Police sources said that police in 103 separate actions recovered boxes of explosives weighing over 2,500 kilograms; 17 suicide jackets, 2,391 hand grenades; anti tank mines and detonators; 10,450 explosive wires; 628 rocket launchers; missiles; mortar shells; rockets and; safety fuses.
