Kambakkht Ishq is 2009 Biggest Superhit

Already declared as the biggest triumph of 2009, Kambakkht Ishq opens today at 2030 screens all over the world and promises to be Akshay Kumar’s and Kareena Kapoor’s day in the sun!

Romantic comedy directed by Sajid Nadiadwala for Eros International has heavy bookings for this weekend.

The film has stunts by Akshay Kumar and glam by Kareena and Hollywood actress Denise Richards.

This film has biggest ever opening for Akshay Kumar. Yes! Its opening is even bigger than Welcome and Singh Is Kinng.

Akshay Kumar plays a swashbuckling stunt man for Hollywood and body double for Stallone in the film while Kareena plays a doctor and a supermodel.

And the best thing about the film is that Stallone regrets that he could not be in Mumbai at the time of its release. “It deals with a subject that I like which is about heart, it’s about giving, it’s about spirituality, it’s about physical manifestation of love… coz in the end, that’s really all that counts. There have been many action films where people are just beating each other up. But when it’s really about something soulful, I’m interested, and that’s what this film is about. It’s nice to be invited into your world”, he says.
