Katrina Kaif secretly married to MLA?

Now, this piece of news comes as a bolt from the blue. A marriage certificate apparently approved in Indore claims Katrina Kaif married the city’s BJP MLA Ramesh Mendola on December 2 last year. Shockingly, the certificate even bears an approval of Indore Municipal Corporation.

This news of her ‘secret marriage’ has stunned the actress, who is emphatically denying having ever married anyone. Katrina also adds that she has no clue as to who this Indore MLA is.

“I have never been married in my life and neither do I know this guy at all. It’s stupid and illegal what he has done and the police have already filed a case against him,” Katrina told a tabloid.

She added that she was in the US on December 2 last year shooting for her film New York. So how could she be in Indore, getting married to someone she doesn’t even know!

Meanwhile, IMC marriage registrar Dr Natwar Sarda has made it clear that the marriage certificate is fake.

“The marriage certificate is totally fake and was not issued by the municipal body. It must be an act of some mischievous persons,” the registrar told reporters in Indore.

The registrar added that someone scanned the IMC marriage certificate and then photoshopped it to show Katrina and the said MLA as husband and wife.
