Mumbai attack not on India but on Pakistan’s democratic government: Zardari

ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari said that the Mumbai attack was not made on India but it is on the new democratic government of Pakistan and its peace efforts which we are making to maintain friendly relations with India. He said that the terrorists have no relation with Pakistan and in fact Islamabad is their target. “We are throughout on the terrorists’ hit.” In an article published in an American newspaper, President Zardari said that the Mumbai carnage may be a new story for the world but this is a painful fact for me
