ISLAMABAD: The indemnity of president under constitution article number 248 has been challenged in Supreme Court. Engineer Jamil Malik of Communist Party has filed a petition in Supreme Court challenging the indemnity president has under article 248 of constitution. The petition stated that indemnity is unlawful
