PS3 Slim: It’s Real, says GameTrailers

With the recent leak of the PS3 Slim video from the Philippines, an employee from GameTrailers has confirmed that it’s real.  Of course, one could make the argument that we have known it’s been real all along, but we really want to know if the system is for sale in the Philippines and when will Sony officially announce the system. While it could be assumed the official announcement will come at the Tokyo Game Show this September, Sony is still keeping hush on the topic.

This doesn’t officially confirm anything, right now. Could he be having fun with the GT forum members? It’s a possibility, but I’m leaning towards more the direction that the system is real and that the Philippine system is just a very early leak.
