SC constitutes 3-judge bench for NRO-restored cases

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) has constituted a three-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Iftikhar Muhammed Chaudhry to hear the appeals against National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO)-restored cases, Geo News reported The bench will also comprise Justice Khilji Arif Hussain and Justice Anwar Zaheer. The bench will start from next week the hearing of pleas against conviction and acquittal in cases restored in the wake of NRO was declared null and void.
