Nintendo has announced that Wii Fit Plus will be released in Europe on October 30.
It adds 15 new balance games and six new strength-training and yoga bit, and also allows you to customize your routines, should you feel like mixing things up a bit or targeting specific areas of your body.
There’s also a calorimeter tracking your progress and comes with the Wii balance board.
Nintendo says that the game estimates a 70kg (154lb) person can burn 140kcal just doing the Hula Hoop exercise for half an hour.
Good to know, that. Also, it’s out in the US this coming Monday, October 4.
